Erin Sloan Jackson founded and directs Just One Starfish, a mentoring ministry that pairs up Christian high school students with at-risk upper elementary school students for one on one mentoring.  She also connects, trains and mentors youth workers as the National Director of Community and Care for The YouthWorker Movement. As a certified youth minister, she has been serving in youth ministry for over 16 years.  Erin is a graduate of Baylor University and serves on the SMU Perkins School of Youth Ministry faculty.  She has Professional Certification in Youth Ministry in the United Methodist Church and recently became a candidate for ordination as a United Methodist Deacon.  She will begin seminary in Fall 2014.  Most importantly, Erin is married to Dennis and together they have three amazing children, Trey, Nate and Kathryn.  Follow her on Twitter as erinjackso or right here on her blog, UMYouthworker.com
